PAYMENT

To confirm a booking over 45 days before departure: A 20% deposit on all land arrangements will be required after you receive the tour confirmation. The full balance payment will be due a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.

To confirm a booking less than 45 days of departure: Full payment will be required upon your acceptance of the tour confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment deadlines are met. Sen Travel Group will not send out any reminders. If the balance due date is not met, your travel arrangements may be cancelled and you may forfeit your deposit.

Note: these payment terms are liable to change – your sales executive will advise you at the time of booking.

HOW TO PAY

You can pay by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Sen Travel bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfer to Sen Travel must be paid by the Client/Agent. Payment by credit cards is acceptable but a service charge will apply. We do not under any circumstances accept payments made by a third party.

Credit is not available unless pre-negotiated and written notice is given offering credit terms by Sen Travel Vietnam Head Office.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Standard cancellation charges

• Cancellation up to the 45nd day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the deposit.
• Cancellation from the 45nd day (inclusive) up to the 30th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 35% of the travel sum;
• Cancellation from the 30th day (inclusive) up to the 21st day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 40% of the travel sum;
• Cancellation from the 21st day (inclusive) up to the 14th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum;
• Cancellation from the 14th day (inclusive) up to the 5th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum;
• Cancellation from the 5th day (inclusive) up to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum;
• Cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.

2. Flights

Please be advised all flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. But we have the case to inform of any incurred surcharges and clients will need to pay for the surcharges to adjust the programs accordingly. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the fact that in case of flight schedule changes that clients cannot connect the international flights.

3. Warranty

Sen Travel will commit all the services as confirmed and stated in tour confirmation. However we are not responsible for any injure, loss or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond Sen Travel’s control.

In case of a passenger falling sick or being hospitalized, Sen Travel shall provide all necessary assistance to the tourists. The tourist shall bear his/her own medical expenses and any other incidental expenses.

Once we send out tour confirmation, we send all full information on places and destinations; we will not hold any responsibility due to the fact that these destinations change appearances due to any irresistible reasons. In this case, we will arrange the visit to alternative with similar costs.

4. Jurisdiction

Any dispute which cannot be settled on mutual compromise will be settled at the Court where Sen Travel Vietnam Head Office is located.
