Nestled on the far banks of the Nam Khan River, just a few minutes walk from Luang Prabang's Old Town, the hotel consists of two main buildings in traditional Lao style containing six apartments each and nine up market bungalows, at opposite ends of the vast riverside estate. Each bungalow is situated in the centre of a lush garden with many tropical plants and the Nam Khan river is just a few steps away. Rooms are spacious and bright with a quirky but traditional Lao finish. The bungalows are slightly more modern, although still very classical and stylish, with several offering great views of Mount Phousi.
 
Large gardens offer a private oasis and stretch down to the riverbank and a very pleasant terrace offers great views across to the Old Town. There is even a small semi-open air gym and a craft shop with weavers on site.
